“Found out that I had an oil leak in two spots Friday afternoon and felt like I was in a bind. Called Paul Saturday morning and he picked up immediately and told me to bring it in. Quoted me for the repairs upfront and was really transparent about everything. Communicated well and got the job done smoothly and efficiently. Went above and beyond. Think I found my new mechanic.”
“GREAT experience with Paul at Japanese Auto Tech. He’s been our family mechanic for 8 years now and we highly recommend him. He is very kind and knowledgeable. Their service is the best and they have great communication so everything always go smoothly. Thank you Paul.”
“So this review is definitely a long time coming considering I've been taking my two Toyota Prius cars to Japanese Auto Tech since 2012. I know it’s tough to find an auto repair shop you can rely on so I had to write about how impressive was my recent visit here. My 2nd generation Toyota Prius needed a new hybrid battery pack. The worst problem to experience around the holidays. But my guy Paul took care of it. As always, he was excellent at getting the job done quickly, keeping me informed about the process, and all without any unnecessary upselling. Plus they're completely transparent about pricing. It's such a relief to know you can get quality service by a team who genuinely cares about doing things the right way. I trust this shop so much that I’m willing to drive 45 minutes to have them handle my car. If you’re looking for a repair shop you can actually rely on, I highly recommend this place!”
“I have worked with this store for two years. Since it is a little bit far from my home, some simple maintenances I went to the local store. However, I always asked Andre for the final words and drove up here let his team to get complicated things done. They are very knowledgeable, skilled and gentle touching for my Mazda. If you are looking for the experts for your Japanese cars, I highly recommend you come here to have them check the cars out. Thanks”
